The video explains the whole thin; to mak long story short, Penolope Soto was arrested over drug possetion. On her hearing she seemed amused not taking things very serious. Pissing the judge off with her perky behavior, she was oringinaly given a fine of $5000 by the not so amused judge. Things started rolling down hill really fast with one magic word popping out of her mouth: ‘Adios!’
